Can donors cancel a regular gift?
Anytime, directly with their bank — no need to contact anyone. That control is a big part of why donors trust Direct Debit.
What does it cost the charity?
TrusteeKit adds 0% on payments — you pay only GoCardless’s transaction fee, at partner rates, which is significantly less than card processing. Our only fee is 1.25% of donation value on successful Gift Aid claims.
